About the Book
Ana Algabre Hernandez is a cum laude graduate of the Universsity of Sto. Tomas, AB Behavioral Science. In her 20 year stint in the airlines, she took the tasks of a Cabin crew counselor, Crew Resource Management facilitator and Inflight Service Manager. After her airline stint, she joined Eton College, Vancouver, B.C. Canada as an instructor for the Flight Attendant Preparatory Program. She is from the Philippines and being married to a diplomat, she has lived in The Netherlands, Hong-Kong, Canada, China, South Kofrea and Turkey
The book editor is a multi awarded writer and a distinguished Professor /Dean of the Department of Filipino and Philippine Literature (DFPL), U.P. Diliman , Dr. Jimmuel C. Naval, Ph.D. Chair,
The illustrator, Apo Sid Algabre was a retired sculptor by profession who takes still life painting and portrait drawing as hobbies. His creative illustrations in “Binibining Stewardess” were inspired by his extensive experience in travelling by plane.
The book cover was designed by Dr. Gerard A. Lico (Ph.D) Faculty of Architecture, UP Diliman.
